Follow these steps to install iSeries Access for Windows:

At the end of the installation YOU WILL HAVE TO REBOOT your PC.

1. Insert the disk into your CD or DVD drive, it should auto run. If it does not, click the Start button and then Run. Browse your disk drive and double click on Launch.exe.

2. Click on Install iSeries Access for Windows

3. Click Next --> Yes

4. You should only do a Full install if the machine you are installing on is going to be used by a system administrator. A Full installation will give access to system functions that should only be used by an experienced administrator. Otherwise do a Typical install.

5. Click Next --> Next --> Next

6. *** If applicable, during the install you may receive a Windows error message concerning compatibility, just answer Continue Anyway. If you get the message you will most likely receive it twice, answer the same to both.

7. When the installation is complete, UN-check all the boxes.

8. Click Next

9. Click Finish (you MUST reboot your computer to finish the installation).
